Turning Back the Clock

As a kid, for Halloween one year, I decided to be Princess Leia. Rather than hit the Halloween Express store for my costume – not that there even was one at the time – I made my own. Yes, I used a white sheet for a robe and even created that famous hair with yarn, and it actually looked pretty good. Crafting was a way of life at our house, with my both of my parents involved with different projects most of the time.

Today in my design process, I’m constantly referencing my childhood. It might be because this was a very creative time in my life, or because I’m drawn to the bright colors and modern lines of that era. But I think the real reason is because that in this multitasking, distracting and busy world we live in, I’d like to turn back the clock to a simpler time.

If I can help you with your business branding, just let me know.
