About the Designer

I’ve been an artist and entrepreneur since childhood.

Babysitting, mowing lawns, running the neighborhood carnival, selling my crafts at garage sales….all were the prefaces to my graphic design business.

My career path started with a Journalism degree, and led to design positions at print shops, an ad agency and a manufacturing company. After a few years, I found myself craving more creativity, more flexibility and more satisfaction.

In 1996 Turnaround Design was born.

My dear children were born along the way, too. My two boys, my husband, our rescue dog and I live the busy life of the modern American family. We are both challenged and gratified by it daily.

Though working from home and raising family is a daily juggling act, I thrive on it and would not trade it for the world.
