payment

Turnaround Design accepts payment via PayPal. (You may use major credit cards through PayPal without having an account.)

A 50% down payment is required for work to begin. Complete payment is due when final files are supplied.

process

After receiving your Design Questionnaire, I will respond via email within approximately two business days. If you have requested a Custom Quote, I will ask further questions about your project at that time. After we confirm that working together is a good fit and you have approved the package price or estimate, I will invoice you for 50% of the project. This will secure your spot in the Design Queue.

Once you receive your final digital files from Turnaround Design, you own the copyright.

If you have provided photos or images to implement into other designs, you are responsible for complying with appropriate usage and license agreements.

All website designs are meant to be used by one individual or company. You may not copy templates, design or code to use on another website.

credit

You agree that Turnaround Design may use your design projects in its own promotional material either online or in print.

liability

Turnaround Design is not liable for design or code alterations made by another party. Turnaround Design does not guarantee success or sales.

refunds

If you have paid your deposit before work has begun, and need to postpone or cancel your project, I will offer a refund, minus PayPal fees.
